When the temporary waitlist is enabled, artisanNex collects an email address, the selected audience for the shopper and maker launch lists, consent version, source, and submission time. Cloudflare Turnstile processes challenge data to reduce automated abuse; challenge tokens and raw IP addresses are not stored in the waitlist record.

Waitlist emails are retained until launch communications are complete. You may request deletion using the approved channel shown on the Contact page. Waitlist ingestion must remain disabled until that contact channel and the final retention policy are approved.
